Inside, you’ll find two large living areas, perfect for spreading out—whether you’re unwinding with a movie, reading, or spending time together. The fully equipped kitchen with a cozy breakfast nook makes it easy to prepare meals and enjoy slow mornings.

Step outside to a spacious deck directly next to Mouat Park offering a great spot for outdoor dining or simply relaxing in a quiet setting. You will also have a lovely private front yard for a round of croquet or bocce or simply soaking up the sun. Guests also benefit from private access and ample parking, adding convenience to your stay.

Please note that there are additional private suites within the building, each with their own separate entrances and completely independent living, sleeping, and bathroom spaces. Your suite remains fully private however the hot tub is in the front/side yard and is available to other guests via scheduled windows adhering to quiet hours.

For larger groups, there may be an option to extend your booking to include the full house, offering up to 6 bedrooms/ 12 beds—please inquire for availability and details.
